- Deep in motion design; you can concept, prototype, and sell animated ideas (Figma to full-blown)
- Understand 3D and how it elevates web experiences (bonus: you build 3D too)
- Speak dev: GSAP, WebGL, and animation flow aren’t mysteries, you can have real conversations with developers
- Know how to push creative boundaries without losing sight of simplicity and usability
- Ready to experiment and set new standards for digital brands and web design
- You’re opinionated, but open-minded. You can hold a vision, but you know when to pivot.
- You thrive in dynamic environments and know how to guide both clients through ambiguity.
- 3+ years of experience in brand design, art direction, or digital design, with at least 2 years in a creative agency/studio environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing holistic brand systems and modern web experiences.
What you will do
You’ll launch projects, turn strategy into a bold creative direction, and set the visual and motion standards for the team to follow.
- Work directly with clients to transform strategy into clear, memorable visual identities and digital experiences
- Define and articulate creative direction for branding, visual identity, motion, and 3D
- Ideate and prototype animation concepts (Figma to high-fidelity), always pushing the boundaries
- Hand over and collaborate with visual designers to scale the vision across every page and system
- Use our AI tools to help shape or even drive strategic work
- Partner with developers, speaking their language on GSAP, WebGL, and animation/page flows
- Balance big, innovative ideas with smart, elegant solutions that actually work
- Always align creative direction with the relationship we want to build between brand and audience
