We are looking for an experienced Copilot Studio Expert to support a strategic AI transformation initiative within the German financial services sector. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI-powered solutions for the launch of the Altersvorsorgedepot on January 1, 2026, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio to optimize and automate business processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and augmentation.
• Develop conversational experiences, prompts, orchestration logic, and RAG-based solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and knowledge sources.
• Collaborate closely with business, operations, compliance, and technology stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops to define AI use cases and enable process transformation.
• Ensure solutions align with regulatory requirements, including MiFID II and BaFin guidelines.
• Monitor performance and continuously improve AI solutions based on user feedback and analytics.

Required Qualifications

**AI & Microsoft Copilot**

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Strong expertise in:
• AI Agent Design
• Conversational AI
• Prompt Engineering
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• AI solution orchestration

**Banking & Financial Services**

• Experience within banking, securities, wealth management, or investment services.
• Understanding of:
• Securities and custody processes
• Customer onboarding and servicing
• Financial services regulations (e.g., MiFID II)

**Process & Transformation**

• Experience in process analysis, optimization, and automation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform is beneficial.

Nice-to-Have

• Azure AI Services / Azure OpenAI experience.
• API integration and system connectivity expertise.
• Data modeling experience in financial services environments.
