What you'll be doing

  • Translate brand strategy and media plans into clear, actionable content strategies and asset plans
  • Lead creative development: define concepts, write briefs and guide execution across channels
  • Own end-to-end content production, managing timelines, budgets and quality across internal teams and external agencies
  • Collaborate closely with brand, media, eCommerce and local market teams to drive performance and alignment
  • Act as a key creative partner for Central European markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance
  • Drive efficiency and scalability by improving processes and ways of working across content creation and delivery

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and German is essential
  • Proven experience in content, campaign or creative roles in a fast-paced environment (FMCG, healthcare, beauty or similar)
  • Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, high-impact content outputs
  • Hands-on experience developing creative concepts, briefs and multi-channel content
  • Good understanding of paid social, digital and eCommerce content ecosystems
  • Experience managing production across internal teams and external agencies
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Confident stakeholder management across international and cross-functional teams
