Position: Brand Manager – DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)

Location: Germany – Remote, ideally based near Cologne, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, or Stuttgart

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

Travel: Regular travel across Germany and periodic travel to Austria, Switzerland, and the UK

SUMMARY

The Brand Manager — DACH is responsible for building Gozney’s brand presence, community, and demand generation across Germany, with Austria and Switzerland as future expansion markets. This role will serve as Gozney’s primary marketing lead in the region, bringing the global brand strategy to life in a way that feels locally relevant and culturally authentic.

This is a broad, hands on marketing role suited to someone who combines creativity, strong execution, commercial awareness, and a passion for food, outdoor living, and community building. The successful candidate will work across content, events, ambassadors, retail marketing, and local brand activations to help establish Gozney as a premium outdoor cooking and lifestyle brand in DACH.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand Building & Demand Generation

  • Lead local brand and demand generation activity across Germany and the wider DACH region
  • Develop culturally relevant campaigns, content, and activations aligned with Gozney’s global brand framework
  • Coordinate localized content production, creator partnerships, and German language campaign assets
  • Act as the voice of the DACH consumer, sharing local market insights and opportunities with global teams
  • Monitor brand perception, community engagement, and regional trends across the market

Community & Ambassador Development

  • Build and grow Gozney’s community presence across Germany
  • Manage local social media activity in partnership with the global social team
  • Identify and develop relationships with chefs, creators, outdoor living ambassadors, and community partners
  • Support ambassador programs, local collaborations, and influencer activations
  • Partner with CRM and ecommerce teams to ensure communications feel locally relevant and culturally aligned

Events & Experiential Marketing

  • Plan and execute premium events, activations, and outdoor cooking experiences across the region
  • Support Gozney’s presence at food, outdoor living, retail, and lifestyle events
  • Manage event logistics, execution, and post event reporting
  • Use events to strengthen brand awareness, retail partnerships, and community engagement
  • Identify regional opportunities that strengthen Gozney’s positioning within premium outdoor living culture

Premium Retail Experiences & Channel Marketing

  • Support premium in store and outdoor kitchen retail experiences that strengthen Gozney’s positioning in the DACH market
  • Ensure retail partners have the right marketing assets, training materials, and support across store and online channels
  • Coordinate German language POS materials and co branded retail campaigns with the global brand team
  • Share retailer feedback, customer insights, and competitive trends with global commercial and marketing teams

Retail & Cross Functional Partnership

  • Support premium retail presentation and in store brand experiences across key accounts
  • Deliver localized retail marketing materials, POS assets, and training support
  • Partner closely with Ecommerce, Sales, Brand, Creative, and Commercial teams
  • Share retailer feedback, customer insights, and market trends with global leadership
  • Maintain regular reporting on market activity, campaign performance, and brand growth initiatives

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in brand, regional, content, or consumer marketing roles
  • Native German speaker with strong business level English skills
  • Strong understanding of German consumer culture, outdoor living, food, and lifestyle trends
  • Experience managing events, creators, ambassadors, or influencer partnerships
  • Comfortable operating as a marketing generalist across content, social, retail, and experiential marketing
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Self motivated and comfortable working independently within a remote structure
  • Commercially aware with the ability to connect marketing activity to business impact
  • Passion for food, cooking, outdoor culture, and premium consumer brands
  • Alignment with Gozney’s values, culture, and ambition
