Art Director, Esports

About A&A Sports

We are a sports and esports marketing agency operating in emerging markets across Southeast Asia, Latin America, and CIS. We build campaigns for global brands — Red Bull, CHEXX, Winline — that need to connect with regional audiences, not global averages.

What you'll own

  • Define visual language for esports brand campaigns — from key visuals to social content to event materials
  • Concept and execute campaign visuals from initial brief through final asset delivery, across multiple markets in parallel
  • Work directly with Creative Directors and clients to develop visual approaches that fit both the brand and the regional audience
  • Art direct external designers, motion artists, and illustrators; set the bar and hold it
  • Adapt global brand guidelines to regional cultural contexts — making international brands feel local without losing brand integrity
  • Produce across a wide range of formats
  • Bring your own creative perspective on esports aesthetics — what's trending in the scene, what's tired, what's next

Who we're looking for

  • 4+ years in art direction or senior design roles, with verifiable esports or gaming work in your portfolio
  • Deep command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) — and a sense of when to use each
  • Experience creating for multiple regional markets; understanding of how visual taste differs across SEA, LatAm, and Europe
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously without losing quality
  • Strong visual communication at the concept stage — rough → layout → final, clearly and quickly
  • Collaborative, opinionated, and good at giving and receiving creative direction
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
  • Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously in a fast-paced agency environment

What we offer

  • Full-time remote position
  • Work on real esports clients and projects
  • Competitive compensation
