Art Director / Digital Concepter

Job Purpose / Role

As Creative in our Swedish core-team you are a hands-on Art Director and Concept Creative with a strong eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling. You take ownership of executing and adapting campaigns across channels, ensuring consistency, craft, and impact in every asset.

While your core strength lies in art direction and design execution, you bring a solid understanding of concept development and copywriting, especially for digital and social formats.

In daily work you collaborate as one integrated team with client and agency stakeholders across all relevant touchpoints of the brand (with emphasis on campaigns + social and in general with a holistic perspective)

Your Job

  • Lead the execution of campaigns, from master assets to localized adaptations across key (Digital/ATL) touchpoints – visually and conceptionally
  • Design and produce high-quality layouts, key visuals, and presentation decks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Adapt global or master campaigns into market-specific assets, ensuring relevance and consistency
  • Translate briefs into clear visual directions and structured creative outputs
  • Collaborate closely with all stakeholders to deliver cohesive work
  • Support concept development with visual ideas and copy suggestions
  • Write and refine social media copy, captions, and short-form content when needed
  • Oversee and guide production processes, including asset creation, and shoots or post-production (if required / applicable)
  • Ensure all outputs meet high standards in craft, detail, and brand consistency / CI
  • Stay up to date with digital design trends, formats, and platform requirements

Your Profile

  • Min. 4 years of professional experience as an Art Director or Digital Designer in an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing layout design, campaign execution, and digital-first thinking
  • Excellent skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD/Figma or similar)
  • Solid understanding of design systems, typography, grids, and responsive layouts
  • Experience in campaign adaptation and localization across multiple channels
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with structured, detail-oriented execution
  • At least intermediate skills in Swedish copywriting, especially for social and digital formats
  • Good understanding of digital platforms, formats, and production workflows
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken)
