AI Software Engineer – Data-Driven Applications

We are looking for a technology enthusiast to develop modern, data-driven applications that support complex decisions and make business processes smarter and more efficient. You will assess applications for AI readiness, identify meaningful AI use cases, and promote AI-supported methods and tools within the team. You will establish technical standards, leverage AI for development, testing, and documentation, and continuously develop the platform.

You will also take on DevOps tasks in operational management, ensuring the stability, quality, and further development of production systems.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience in software development (frontend & backend)
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• DevOps and CI/CD experience; operation and error analysis of production systems
• Ability to conduct technical audits and gap analyses
• Clean code, refactoring, and test automation
• Practical experience with AI-supported development tools and AI coding assistants
• Experience promoting AI-supported working methods within teams

Nice-to-have:

• AI agents and agent frameworks, Context Engineering
• AI-powered test automation, MCP connections
• Snowflake Intelligence, analytical data platforms
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and cloud automation
