**Location:** Cologne, Germany

**Onsite Requirements:** 2-days per week (Hybrid)

**Utilization:** Full-time, 40-hours per week

**Start:** ASAP (Latest joining date 09/2026)

**Duration:** 6-months rolling contract (long term visibility)

**Languages:** German and English

Our client is urgently seeking a German and English speaking Agile Consultant/Coach to work on a hybrid 6-months rolling contract based on the description below:

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach agile teams on SAFe and agile principles
• Support scaled agile train by improving ways of working, ceremonies, collaboration models, and delivery flow
• Drive agile transformation activities and support change adoption
• Assess current agile maturity, identify improvement areas, and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives
• Enable transparency and tracking through agile tooling and reporting practices where applicable

Mandatory skill required:

• Extensive overall professional experience with strong relevant experience as an Agile Coach or in agile transformation roles
• Strong knowledge of SAFe and agile principles
• Experience working in scaled agile trains and supporting their transformation
• Strong communication skills in English and German
