The Weather is an award-winning digital agency based in Berlin and Prague, working with forward-thinking brands across Europe and beyond. We design and build websites, digital products and brands — and, increasingly, the AI features that sit inside them. Since our founding we've shipped more than 200 websites and digital products, and today we're rated the #1 web design agency in Germany out of 1,100+ on Clutch, with 16 sites recognized on Awwwards. We're a fully remote, owner-managed studio. Our core is in Berlin and Prague, with a distributed team spread across cities including Munich, Vienna, Barcelona, Athens, Kyiv, Buenos Aires and Cape Town. That reach lets us assemble the right people for a project regardless of postcode — and keeps us close to an international client base. We keep our teams lean and multidisciplinary — no bloat, no endless hand-offs, just the right people on the right problems. We measure success by outcomes, not outputs: the goal is a product that performs, not a pile of deliverables. That comes with a no-fluff policy and full transparency on scope, timeline and cost from day one. Most websites go from kickoff to launch in around eight to ten weeks.
